Vitamins to Eliminate Soreness

I remember when I was 18 - I could workout out for hours, go out all night with my friends, get 5 hours sleep and then do it all again the next day.

Well, not anymore. Careful scheduling of workouts and rest periods, careful eating and a vitamin routine designed to reduce and eliminate the acids and free radicals that cause muscle soreness.These days, this is my vitamin routine:

Every morning:


  • 1g Vitamin C

  • 400IU Vitamin E

  • 1 "50" Vitamin B complex


Post workout:

  • 400mg Ibuprofen

  • 1 "50" Vitamin B Complex


I am always ready to train again within 48 hours with this routine.
